Full Weekend Passes are now available for purchase! You can purchase your passes for:
$55* - From July 1st, 2022 until Oct. 21st, 2022

A weekend pass grants you access to all official programming scheduled for this year's Expo with the exception of select performances, make-and-take classes, specialty guest events, and food & beverage events which may be offered at an additional fee. These will be announced as à la carte add-ons as soon as guests and presenters confirm.
Day passes & a la carte ticketS
Single Day Passes will be available for purchase on-site starting February 10th, 2023. You will be able to purchase Friday only, Saturday only, and Sunday only adult and Youth Academy passes for full programing, Vendor Hall only shopping passes, and select special event passes. Ticket prices will be announced closer to the event date.
All à la carte tickets (such as Tea Room passes, make-and-takes, and food & beverage events) will be announced as guests and presenters confirm and sign-ups open. Please check back soon for updates.
Vip passeS
We now offer a variety of VIP Passes which include all your most requested upgrades at a Silver, Gold, and Platinum level, so you can chose the package you like the best.
VIP "Elite Crewman Level" - $125* / Limited to 50
This silver level ticket gets you all the same benefits of a Full Weekend Pass, plus:

Youth Academy & kids passeS
The Atlanta Steampunk Exposition is an all-ages event, and since 2022 is proud to offer special programming for our young cadets in the Atlanta Steampunk Expo Youth Academy! Directed by Headmistress Corbet, young ones aged 6-13 (but all ages are welcome) will have a full weekend of activities to choose from including games, special make-and-take projects, educational programming, and contests. Cadets will take home all the crafts and projects they made over the weekend, which may include their own steampunk hat, goggles, teacup holster, dice bag, or other such goodies, which are all included in the price of a Youth Academy ticket.
Youth Academy Full Weekend Passes (ages 6-13):
$24* - From July 1st, 2022 until Feb. 3rd, 2023

We welcome families with children 5 and under for FREE when accompanied by a ticketed adult. When purchasing an adult pass, you may add a child pass onto your order at no additional charge. Children must be supervised at all times. Ages 14+ require an adult pass to attend.

Discounts & refund policY
We currently offer a 15% discount to all First Responders, including Emergency Doctors and Nurses, and Active Military with ID. Please use the coupon code "ACTIVEDUTY" at checkout. Valid ID must be presented on-site when picking up your badge.
All tickets are non-refundable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, roll your ticket over to our next event, or purchase a ticket as a gift, please contact us at atlantasteampunkexpo@gmail.com and we will assist you in any way that we can.
Health & safety (including Covid-19) policieS
We understand that during this time circumstances and world events are constantly changing. It is our primary concern that every attendee of the Atlanta Steampunk Expo is treated to a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment. At this time, it is too early to know what conditions will be like in 2023, but we will be committed to following the most up to date health & safety recommendations provided by local city, state, and government health agencies. We will outline what these recommendations are closer to the event.
In the event we must Cancel or Postpone our 2023 Expo, all tickets will rollover to our next event. If it is evident that gathering together in person is not safe by the chosen event dates, all tickets purchased will be honored at our next event.
Our policies may be added to or change as the situation calls for it. Your comfort & safety are of utmost importance to us, and we wish to ensure you have the same VIP experience we commit to providing each of our attendees every year.
