Have you started pinning, primping, and steaming your finery for the Venusian Masked Ball? We've enjoyed seeing what our newsletter, blog, and community members have been teasing, and we can't wait to see what YOU will be wearing to CONpossible 2024 — "The Jungles of Venus"!

Our Venusian Masquerade Ball (see what we did there?) will be held on Friday, Feb 16th, 2024 starting at 7pm EST with special performances by Atlanta Historic Dance! The night will begin with a choreographed number by members of Atlanta Historic Dance, and continue with the promenade, a series of reels, and circle dances geared towards beginning level dancers. If you have always wanted to learn traditional historic dance, this will be your finest opportunity! Intermediate level dancing will follow for those who are interested, and the festivities will linger long into the night with a special late-night dance immediately following the ball.

We will also be hosting a Costume Contest for the Best Masquerade Costume to mark the transition between the formal ball and open dancing. This is an all ages and all experience levels event, so dust off those top hats, buff your dancing shoes, and join us for the inaugural night of CONpossible 2024! Admission to the Venusian Masked Ball and evening festivities is free with your 2024 CONpossible membership.

2024 CONpossible TEA SALON PASSES ON SALE NOW!

Have you been dreaming about those scones you had last year? Or that delectable cheese spread? Can't concentrate at the day job, wondering which 16 specialty brews we'll serve this year? The wait is over! Get your Tea Salon passes for CONpossible 2024 now!

CONpossible's tea room is taking on a new and even more unforgettable atmosphere for our 2024 event. The "Tea Salon" will boast a speakeasy-style "hidden room" aspect to go along with our new Castle on the Hill location, with cozy seating, themed tables, and menus curated by 3 Tea Captains from around the Eastern US, all toting their own special blends of teas to complement a full weekend of yummy nibbles.

In addition, our Tea Captains will be hosting a variety of special events, workshops, and menus as part of our programming for "The Apothecary." Learn about traditional tea services, build your own tea blends, have your fortunes told by tea reading, and more fun events to be announced as our schedule is confirmed!

A FULL-WEEKEND TEA ROOM PASS is $18**, which only comes to $6** a day for unlimited tea and a variety of nibbles (including but not limited to finger sandwiches, cakes, "biscuits", spreads, and some vegan/gluten free options). Some special events or workshops may cost extra, to cover the cost of supplies. You must also have a membership to CONpossible in order to attend the Tea Salon. Kids 5 and under do not need a pass when attending with a paying adult.

Single Day passes will be offered on-site for $9 per day.

"Have you received YOUR invitation?" CONpossible 2024 is a semi-immersive alternative history and speculative fiction convention. Deeply steeped (see what we did there?) in Steampunk culture and mysterious mansion vibes, for 3 days the Castle on the Hill (Hilton Atlanta Northeast) will be transformed into "Terminus Manor" - a mystical (and possibly sentient?) castle where a mysterious proprietor has invited you to holiday for a weekend of adventure and mystery.
