The Atlanta Steampunk Exposition is 100% volunteer operated, and at our mechanical heart is all of our artists, vendors and panelists. You are the gears that keep us ticking. So whether you are looking to sign up for one of our yearly events or would like information on how to become a sponsor, read on for all the info you will need.

Currently, all Guests and Performers are chosen by invitation only; however, if you would like to volunteer to be a panelist or moderator, we do accept applications for Attending Pros (this would include Costumers, Authors, Steampunk Personalities, Builders & Makers, et al). Attending Pros may be asked to be on panels, MC events, or otherwise contribute to programming.
JOIN OUR VENDORS HALL
We are now accepting applications for new vendors! Because our 2021 event was postponed due to COVID-19, if you previously applied with us you should have already received an email confirming your space for 2022. Space will be limited this year, so all new applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
BE IN OUR ARTISTS & AUTHORS HALL
We are excited to now have an Artists & Authors Hall, right next to Main Programming! This newly dedicated space offers a quieter, more intimate area for authors and artists to do signings & portraiture, and interact with fans.
REQUEST A FAN TABLE
ASE has a limited number of fan tables outside of Main Programming and the Vendor's Hall, which are generally available for non-profit groups organized by members of a particular fandom or convention. You must request these tables in advance.

All sponsors of ASE are given ad space in our program, are featured in signage at our event, are listed on our home page and on our sponsor's page, and are promoted through digital media throughout the year.
